When are they supposed to reconfigure the traffic flow at MK?

I remember seeing pictures of the area around the castle showing new pathways to improve traffic flow a while back. When is the construction supposed to start and also estimated completion?

The construction has started with a completion of early next year. Although I saw one report that suggested it could be done as early as the end of this year, I doubt it though.
