When are they starting trading at Paris Disneyland?

I know it's October, but does anyone know when in October (beginning, end?)

I'm planning a trip there for October, but I don't want to be there too early!

Also, does anyone know if they have some sort of Halloween celebration there? (Now that would be too cool!)
