When are the UK and Bounce Back diners going?

I was able to get free dining for Sept 29th-Oct 7th via the Bounce Back Program. However, I'm wondering if because free dining for the general public is for a shorter length of time this year if maybe people who had planned early Oct trips may have pushed their trips back a few weeks in order to take advantage of the free dining offer. If so I wonder if the parks are going to be like a ghost town the first couple of weeks in Oct (or maybe not depending on how many UK and Bounce Back folks are going during that time). What do you think? Also if you are going using the UK or Bounce Back Programs when will you be there?

I am doing free dining 9/21-5/10 followed by a room only from 10/5 - 10/12.

There are a lot of UK guests travelling over for 2/3 weeks 9/27-9/29 to catch just the end of the UK free dining offer.

For us it works well due to our schools returning in Scotland on 8/17 and breaking up for a 2 week mid term holiday on 9/28.

I expect the crowds to be fine the first week of our stay then moderate for the last two, with weekend wait time being around the 60 min mark (90 mins for soarin' ) based on last year's experience.

We have free dining at ASMO Preferred direct with Disney for 11th Sept-17th Sept. Then an overnight stay at the HRH and then 2 more weeks free dining at Pop 18th Sept-2nd Oct.

I agree, I love this DDP forum. All the information is great and even though we have a long time before we go I love coming on here and getting ideas for DDP!!!

I had trouble with this poll. I am on two bounceback reservations, August 9-13 and August 31 - September 4.

I would have had to pick three of these selections and only one was permitted because it was broken down into periods of one week.

I'm also there over Columbus Day weekend, but on a DVC reservation and not using the dining plan. I think the crowds will be as they usually are that weekend.

We are going Aug. 10-20 and Sept. 28- Oct.8. ASMo both times.
It was such a great deal we just had to go twice!

August 25 - Sept. 2 at Pop, booked through the Bounce Back last Nov. From the looks of the Free Dining threads, Pop may be crowded that week

I wonder if they limited the number of packages this year? It sounds like there were a lot of problems with over-crowded restaurants last year.

I was pondering this very question the other day. Only I was curious as to whether the general public offer was shortened by 3 weeks at the beginning and one week on the end primarily because of the bounceback and UK offers. It'll be interesting to see how the poll shapes up as more people vote. Thanks again!
