When are the new packages coming out for 2008?

When are the new vacation pkgs. coming out for 2008? Any specials that you may know about? We are planning on going May 11-15-Davy Jones will be at Epcot. Does he do photographs?

I would think everything should be out by now. I don't know about special codes & such, but we have already booked our trip for June of 2008.
