When are the codes for Oct coming out?

When are the codes for Oct coming out? Me, dbf, and another couple might be going to WDW during Oct for the Food and Wine Fest. and I would like to know when to expect codes to come out. Do codes even come out during this time and where would I find them? Also are they significant discounts. Are they good for all the resorts or just certain ones?( I'm looking for one for POFQ) I would really like to find one with the free dining package! I know it's a long shot though. Sorry for all the questions. I'm a code newbie!
