When are the cast member parties?

Are they held the week after Thanksgiving or the first full week of December?

The Candlelight Processional is usually held the first Sat and Sun of December and then that Mon and Tues are usually the Cast Member parties.

I've never been the first full week after Thanksgiving, but I hear it is quite! I have been during the CP and it was not bad. We just went in and spent the whole day at the park, then left at 6 when it closed and went to DTD for dinner. You are only losing about 2 hours in the parks anyway as they usually close at 8pm.

Been both weeks. I don't think there is a huge difference in crowds on the weekdays. The Sat/Sun following Thanksgiving will be busier than the following weekend, IMO. I personally liked the first week of December. We were able to put Thanksgiving behind us and really focus on the magical, holiday spirit of Christmas at DLR.
