when are the 2009 rates release date usually

when do they typically release the 2009 rates. Already booked for 1/31-2/7 and just trying to get all the numbers together. I had to put the deposit down that was the rack rate of 133. I did just purchase a Seaworld/Busch Gardens for 92 with AAA which can be used for 7 consecutive days.
