When are the 2007 resort rates avail?

I am trying to get a price for the first weekend in Jan 2007 but I can't find them anywhere, I am assuming they aren't released yet. Does anyone know when they might be released?

A CM at CRO told me to try at the end of June. I believe the rates were released around June 30 last year.
