When are rooms generally online to book for the next year?

Thinking I want to stay on property before my cruise in february next year, but right now you can only look at rates up to December 31. When is the following year usually released?

A quick follow-up... I know prior to the rates being released you pay the highest rack rate for one night, and then it is possibly adjusted when they come out. Would they know at this point if there is going to be a length-of-stay restriction on a given date? I'm looking at the Friday and Saturday night of Presidents' Day weekend before leaving for a cruise on that Sunday. If they didn't know that there would be a restriction on and let me book, but when the rates are released they have a length-of-stay restriction would they then apply that restriction to the reservation forcing me to cancel (or pay for a night I don't need)?
