When are park hours available for November 2020 ?

I am looking at where to eat for our November 2020 magical journey to WDW.
We have our magic bands - Castle Magic in teal blue
Our tickets, POFQ reservations and memory maker with Dreams Unlimited
Still hoping for our hotel rate per night to decrease or get free food

Our 180 day mark is in May 2020 - but I can not make ADR's without knowing which parks we will will go to each day
We will park hop for 7 days and go to the Very Merry Mickey Christmas Party one day.
We picked park hopping to do MK in the morning and then the days there is the VMMCP - we will hop to another park.

So far I saw hours out till April 2020 - so maybe by December 2019 ? January 2020 ? February 2020 ?

Your best bet is to look up historical hours on Touring Plans.

Park hours have not been updated for THIS November yet.

Official park hours get published at 180 days prior. Not the most convenient for people who make ADR's at 180 days, but it is what it is. And those hours are ALWAYS subject to change, especially if you're going during a time frame where they may have special ticketed events that won't get announced until 3-4 months before.

As was mentioned, you can look at websites that post historical park times (and look at this year's times) to get a general idea of what the park hours are like for 2020.
