When are new rates released?

Wondering when are new rates released for 2015? we are trying to plan a summer 2015 trip and I couldn't remember when they usually put out the new room rates and when can we book rooms on website?

That is the jackpot question. The past two years, rates have come out in mid-July, so a lot of us are impatiently waiting. I know there's at least one thread going in the Disney Discount Codes and Rates subforum in the Resorts section.
