when are EMH bands given out?

I was lookin online but I cant find out when!

i remember seeing something that they start giving them out around 4 pm til the park officially closes? can someone confirm this?

When we were at WDW last week, they started giving out the wristbands at 7:00 p.m.

The official line is "no sooner than 2 hours before park closing".

So if the park closes at 9pm, you can get wristbands at 7pm, park closes at 6pm, wristbands at 4pm.... and from then until closing...

Along this line of thinking....I've read that I can pick up my wristbands at various locations in the MK...one being Seven Dwarfs Mine. Where is that? I've never heard of it until now or if I have it doesn't stick with me.

Can anyone tell me where this is in the MK?

Seven Dwarfs Mine is in Fantasyland, near Snow White Ride, across from Dumbo ride. We got our EMH bracelets there last Wed evening....no line at all.
