When are ee days

How do you find ee days for November? Is it only for Disney resort guests or anyone? Also is it better to visit the ee park the day before or after ee day?TIA!!!

EE days are only for Disney Resort guests. They are as follows:

Sunday Magic Kingdom
Monday Disney's Animal Kingdom
Tuesday Disney-MGM Studios
Wednesday Epcot
Thursday Magic Kingdom
Friday Disney's Animal Kingdom
Saturday Disney-MGM Studios

If you are not a resort guest, then I would visit the day after. If you are a resort guest and want to tour early, then I would do EE. However, if you like to sleep in, then I would avoid the EE park for that day. Also, not all attractions are open during EE. If you go into the Theme Park section on this site, it will give you a list of attractions that are open at each park.
