When are dues due?

My use year is December so when would my yearly dues be due?

Dues are annual, due in January.

Dues are based on calendar year, not use year.

They will mail the statement shortly after the annual condo meeting which is held in December. They will be due January 15th of the following year and considered late if paid after February 14th.

You have the option, if you have a US checking account, to set up monthly payments via automatic withdrawals from your account. You can have the withdrawals made at mid-month or beginning of month (if you choose beginning of month, the first one for the year in January will still occur mid-month)

I've used the auto withdrawal since 2001, never had a problem. Don't even have to think about it.
