When are Candelight Packages available? Le Cellier an option?

We are excited about our first ever Christmas trip to WDW! We will definitely be doing the Candlelight Processional dinner package, and, like tens of thousands of others, we want to do Le Cellier!

Anyone know when the packages become available for booking? Also, now that LeCellier is two table service credits for dinner, will it still be an option for the 2011 dinner package?

The only information we have from Disney right now is that they will be released for booking in July. No information is out yet as to the cost or the restaurants.

I am a high school teacher off for the summer. This means I will be able to hover like a hawk awaiting the release of the package details next month!
