When and how to request a pack n play?

I am probably a little late for this but what is the best way to request a pack n play for our room? I didn't see an area to do so during online checking (unless I missed it). Thanks!

You can just give the resort a call and they will have it in your room for you. Even if you wait till you get there and cal the front desk a CM will bring one up.
