When 2007 Packages?

I am trying to decide between a trip in October 2006, April 2007 and Summer 2007. Any idea when the rates will be coming out?

I called a few days ago, and was told they wont be out until mid-end of september. Not sure what's going on with them pushing it back so far. The lady at Disney Travel Company said that Disney is listening to the guests as in what they want to see brought back, and or added, and what they would like to not see brought back and trying to figure out how to make it perfect. I was also told they were not sure if the rates are going to go up on things or by how much.

We've already made all of our ADRs for our January trip and have a room-only reservation. I asked about getting a quote for a package and he said they wouldn't be out for a while ..
seems odd that we're able to make ADRs and not be able to have the dining plan yet! (not sure we're going to anyway, but still..)
It's not that far away.. what are they doing?!

I feel the same way -- I'd like to know how to budget my money for upcoming holiday and ensure that I still have spending money at Disney World.

While the packages are not out yet, the 2007 room only rates (and seasons) are. Both Oct & April fall in 2 different seasons depending on check in dates. I guess my point is the package add ons will be the same cost (except Oct. as that is still 06) but I thought know the seasons might help

Regular Season: April 15 - May 23, October 4 - November 24
Summer Season: May 24 - August 4
Peak Season: February 15 - April 14
Holiday Season: December 20 - December 31

Value Season: January 1 - February 14, July 8 - October 3, November 25 - December 19

Okay, you got me...what is an ADR? Am I going to feel stupid when you tell me?

Advance reservations for dining places. You book them 180 days before your trip. For us and our honeymoon we are going in feb that means we have to put our dining reservations in before the packages even come out. It's a bit inconvienant since no one knows what is going to change with dining plan and such.

This could get interesting. We are going in october, (I hope I am one of a million whose dreams come true!!! with a golden fast pass, hint hint)but I am already planning a larger family trip for Oct '07. It's tough convincing family they can afford it if I have no clue how much it costs. JS

Just tried to look up resort prices on the WDW resot site, and it says that the site is down for maintanience. Maybe there are changes in the works! (2007)?
