Specifically, Google Chicago paratransit. Also contact cab companies to see who has wheelchair accessible vehicles. Check Lyft and Über websites for information about WAVs. Contact the local senior center. City hall. Your or any local religious facility.

Most of these places will have information, not actual transportation services.
