Wheelchair rental

I have a family member going soon who will have to rent a wheelchair for the entire week.

She asked me what is the best and cheapest way to have a wheelchair for her trip. She is staying onsite in a value resort.

What places deliver and rent wheelchairs to the resort? Is there a discount at at the parks if you rent for an entire week? Does the Disney Visa offer any kind of discount on wheelchair rentals?

Post 2 of that thread would be able to answer all of your questions except the Disney Chase VISA question. I have never heard of a discount and don't think there is one. You would still be able to earn reward points though.
