My extremely coordinated daughter managed to fracture her ankle this week with our trip in less than 3 weeks. She will be in a walking boot when we go and she should do fine around the hotel but won't be able to walk all day. If we rent a wheelchair at IOA and then decide to hop over to US do we have to pay for 2 rentals or can we show our receipt at the other park to get another chair.

If we have to pay twice I may just rent at home and take one with us.

I don't have experience with manual chairs but we have rented ECVs from one park and taken them over to the other and turned them in at night there. I would assume from that experience that wheelchairs can be taken from park to park as well. Hope this helps.

Not sure about that, but when I needed a wheel chair for my wife it
was a lot cheaper to rent from walker mobilty.com.
They delivered the wheel chair the day before we checked in, and
upon check out we left it with the hotel, It was like $54.00 for 5 days.

Plus there is a decent amount of walking thru citywalk and to the
hotels.

The wheelchair and ecv deposits can be left in cash or credit card. You can take the chairs to the two parks. But deposits in cash need the chair to be returned to that park. If the deposit was in credit card then you can return the chair at any of the two parks. They also rent wheelchairs in the parking garage.
