Wheelchair Rental that does not require a person for delivery

Good Morning. I made a reservation for wheelchair rental from Walker Mobility and they now require a one hour window for someone to be present to take delivery. We used their service in 2012 and they just dropped the wheelchair off directly to the hotel. We have a 12 hour drive and I am worried if we encounter any delays that I might miss my window. Are there any other services that will delivery directly to the hotel? We are staying at BCV.

If you scroll down through Post #2, there is a section, "This is a list of the Preferred Vendors in alphabetical order", that lists the approved vendors. For these location I do not believe you have to meet with them and their products will be left with Bell Service for you to pick up.
