Hi all- We arrive at the WDW Dolphin tomorrow morning. We had thought we had a wheelchair reserved for the next two days for a member of our party with mobility issues. The company emailed and cancelled the reservation (did not even call). What are the chances a wheelchair would be available at Epcot tomorrow? Or, any tips on another company that can deliver by tomorrow afternoon? Thank you!!

First of all, take a deep breath, because everything will be ok :)

Typically, wheelchairs are pretty easy to rent at WDW - and you can "hop" a (same day) rental park to park until the last park closes for that day.

Having said that, I would call a *different* mobility provider, and rent a chair - it will probably be a better quality, and (overall) will possibly cost less money for the duration of the trip, and it will give the person who needs the chair the ability to use it all the way to/from the hotel room. If you do Parks rentals, you can't take it outside the Park.

Had no issues renting a wheelchair in June for my mother. But like the above poster said it will be cheaper to rent one.
