Hello!
My mom (78 years old) and I will be traveling to WDW from 12/14-12/19. Recently, she has had many mobility issues. Her stamina has become very low, and I am worried about how she will get around the parks. I finally convinced her that a wheelchair is a great idea. We will be staying at the GF in a Garden View room, and I have a few wheelchair related questions I was hoping to find answers to. I apologize if these seem silly- I just have never paid attention to wheelchair details, since we have never traveled with one!
1. Is there any place I can rent a standard wheelchair for my entire trip, instead of just renting one at the parks each day? I would like to hopefully have a wheelchair at the GF as well, and not just the parks.
2. I am pretty sure that my mom will be able to stand in lines without a problem- especially since she will be in a wheelchair while touring the parks. Stupid question- but there is wheelchair parking near each attraction, right?
I think that is it for questions for now--thank you for any help in advance!
Lauren
