Hi! We have one person in our party of 15 who will need a wheelchair - it's a child with a hip issue. How will this work with the lines? Can we get in line together or will she be in a different line or will everyone go in a different line?

I answered your other question but guess you haven't seen the post yet

Contact guest service by email with your question
They will do what they can to help provide the best way for the teen to enjoy rides in the park

UO doesn't have a plan that one size fits all
Everything is indivualized based on the situation and needs

Not a problem
I can move the other posts to this thread if you want me to

One question
Will the teen have a wc with her or does she need to rent one?

If you are doing a day trip and driving to the parks, you can use the wc that are in the garage in order to reach the park

We will need to rent one. Thanks for the heads up on the parking garage - that will be helpful!

I've seen wheel chairs in lines. The wheel chair can go in any line that they safely can travel in. Some rides, the wheel chair can go on, some, she will have to get out of the chair to ride. Where there's stairs or other, the cast member will direct you to where the chair can safely enter the ride. There's elevators and ramps to accommodate those that cannot do stairs. I hope you all have a great time at Universal.
