Wheelchair dropoff

Hi,

I intend to use an Uber with my partner to drop off at Universal. How would I access the park from the drop off point. My partner is a permanent wheelchair user.

The drop off point is next to the parking ramp which is across the street from City Walk.
You need to go up into the building next to the parking ramp, which houses security and leads to an elevated walkway that goes across the street.
To get to the parks, you need to cross thru City Center first, then you arrive at the ticket and entry area for the parks.
