Wheelchair Availability Now?

I think I may have asked this before, but I need a quick answer since time is running out. Do we think the parks will run out of wheelchairs this week and next? Probably would need one in the afternoon or evening. Only need it once my recovering broken ankle screams "Uncle".

my assumption would be that with the high crowds for spring break and easter, that it woul dbe hard to get one, but you never know - wouodl it be more wroth it to you to reserve one from a service and have it delievered ot your hotel room?

I figured as much. The real deciding factor was reading that the WDW wheelchairs do not have leg lifts and that is what I will need more than anything, so I rented one from Walker Mobility. I even saved about $20! I just hope my DH doesn't mind heaving it on and off transportation.

Now, I wonder if I need to start another thread asking "can wheelchairs be left in stroller parking when not in use" or if some kind soul will answer that here?

Yes, wheelchairs can be left a stroller parking (or there may be wheelchair/ECV parking in a few areas). You might want to tie a scarf onto it, or otherwise dress it up so you can tell it apart.
