Wheelchair Accessible private transfers

Can anyone recommend a town car or limo service that takes wheelchairs that would transfer our family of 5 ( DH is wheelchair user)and their luggage from WDW to Port Canaveral for our upcoming cruise. DH can transfer but cannot step up into a mini-van and his chair does not fold completely flat.

I have always in the past used Mears, but not even sure if they are still up and running. They did have a website.

Thank you, I can look them up. I was also told Happy Limo but they don't
have WAV's

Mears is very much up and running. They run just about every taxi, limo and van intown.

We used Mears last week, and although we didn't need an accessible van, there was one available.
