Hello,
I'm trying to book a stay at Bay Lake towers and one of our party is in a wheelchair. I see wheelchair accessible with roll in shower and wheelchair accessible with tub. Can someone explain the difference? She doesn't need a roll-in shower but would need a seat in the shower.
Thanks

Anyone can request to have a shower bench/chair and a handheld shower in their room. When I had an accessible room with tub, it meant there were bars in the bathroom.

If she requires a seat in the shower - meaning that she cannot function without one - I would book the "roll in shower" option, because that will guarantee a (wall-mounted) seat will be in the shower for her, and there will be a handheld shower wand.
