We have never eaten at Columbia Harbor House and want to try it since it is so well reviewed. Our question is there an elevator to allow wheelchair access to the 2nd floor seating? Thanks in advance for your answer.

Yes there is. It is not in clear sight, and you may have to ask a CM for assistance, but there is an elevator

Upstairs is not always open, depends on the season and the crowds. We often see the "velvet rope" blocking the stairs.

There is an area downstairs set aside for wheelchair diners, if that helps! We use that are for my daughter.

In particular, I know there is a wheelchair table downstairs. The second floor is fine and all, but if the HC accessible table downstairs is open I wouldn't bother.

Last time I ate there, only people with disabilities were allowed to eat on the ground floor.

I hated walking up the stairs balancing big cups of drinks on my tray. If I wasn't addicted to the tuna sandwich, I might not eat there again because of having to do that.
