Has anyone used this company? We are planning our first trip to Disney as a family and my 58 year old aunt with Down Syndrome is coming with us! SHe is mobile, but has TERRIBLE arthritis, and I just don't see her making it through a park on her own power.

I know I can rent one at the parks, but it's first come first serve, and I'd rather not chance it.

Any positive or negative feedback?

I used them twice when my own scooter broke down and needed repair...They picked up my scooter from the Beach Club, brought me a loaner, repaired my scooter and delivered it to the Vistana, where I was staying for my second week. Then they picked up their scooter at the Vistana when I left for the 10-day Disney Christmas cruise...Their work was excellent, the scooter I rented from them was in top shape and Al, I think his name was, did an excellent repair job on my scooter...The paperwork he provided was so complete I was able to submit it to Medicare for reimbursement without any problems. Can't say enough...They were great both times when I really needed them.

Oh, that is so wonderful to hear! I called earlier with questions and the woman who answered the phone was just as nice and informative as you could ask for. This really puts my mind at ease.

Most of the companies (Care included) have a lot of positive feedback. There are a few other companies that we have less feedback for, but those are noted.
