Wheat or Glutten Free - where to eat

My son has can't eat wheat or oats. Any suggestions on resturants that will most likely have what he can eat. He likes salads, seafood and just about anything.

Margaritaville also has gluten free meals on the menu, including their Cheeseburger in Paradise.

From what I can tell from searching the food sticky the GF menu's are limited to a couple locations. I had hoped for counter service flexibility. bummer.

There seem to be quite a few gluten free options around the parks but only Confisco's has an entire GF menu.

I am allergic to gluten and milk. Most of the park restaurants have a gluten free menu, just ask before ordering. Mythos has some great gluten free pad thai that I always order. Also, Finnegan's isn't bad either. Jurassic Park Cafe has good choices as well including gluten free bbq sauce. Three Broomsticks had some good choices, but they seemed a bit confused last time I went, so hopefully they figure that out soon.

Most of the counter service places do have gluten free options, just ask at the counter when you are ready to order (or even before you get in line). They can tell you what your options are.
