Wheat Bread, White Bread?? Allergies!

I've heard a mixture of things about the breads that Disney is now using in the CS restaurants. I've heard that it has been changed to whole wheat but then a guest said that a CM told her it was actually white with wheat added to it. I've also heard the pizza crust is now wheat. And that some CS restaurants have changed and some haven't.

I'm totally allergic to wheat and as we are planning our CS meals, I'm unsure of what I'll be eating.

I would call Disney ask them who you need to talk to aboit this. I am sure they can point you in the right direction.

Tell the people at the CS location about your wheat allergy and see what they can do for you. Ask every location about what they use. As the PP mentioned, you can call Disney before your trip. They should have some good advice for you.

Go check out the DisAbilities board. On there somewhere I found a link to Brenda. She will send you a form to fill out with all your ADR's and will give it to the chef's at each restaurant and also to the chef at the food court.

I did this for my niece who is lactose intollerant. Brenda will also be able to help you find CS places that will serve you wheat free food.
