I live about 20 mi/one way from my job and it takes me about 50 minutes to get here in morning traffic and it takes around 1 hour to get home!

It's the only thing about my job I would change if I could!:(

Well, we are about 50 minutes to an hour from home, one way. DH and I work at the same place so we carpool, but some days the ride can be ridiculous.

Taking the kids to school route before I go to work-about 30 minutes. Going straight to work when they're out of school, about 20 minutes.

I leave my house at 7 am to catch a 7:21 train. from the train I have to catch a subway. usually arrive in the office just before 9. if I leave the office at 5 I'm usually home by 7 pm.

5-20 minutes depending on school traffic, everyone heading to the university traffic and at night on a Friday night - it can be up to 20 minutes but that will soon be changing because all of the traffic that is heading out of town will soon encounter a stop light rather than a 4 way stop sign that will cut the commute down to about 10 minutes.

I guess I have nothing to complain about - YIKES 2 hours!!!

Anywhere from 20 minutes to an hour or so depending on traffic. I usually leave the house before 7am and get to work by 7:30 or so most days. :)

Depending on traffice it takes about 25-30 minutes. Luckily I don't have to drive directly into the city.

My DH and I work at the same place too, but we can't commute because he's in by 7:00AM and doesn't leave to come home until 7:00PM. I can't be here for that long - ugh!

About 45 minutes on the T to get into town. Usually more than that on the way home because I refuse fight my way onto a train. I waited 40 minutes for a train that I could even get on last night because of the Red Sox game  I greatly dislike baseball to begin with & its just annoying to try to deal with rush hour crowds on top of all the people trying to get to Fenway.

I'll be under my desk now, hiding from the lynch mob of Red Sox fans ;)

between getting to the train station, taking the train, and walking to my office, it is usually 50-60 minutes.

It takes me about 25 minutes in the morning (my day starts at 8:30 which helps) and about 35-40 minutes if I leave at 5pm. If it is a light traffic day, 20 minutes is the best I can do because of all the traffic lights are are NOT IN SYNC!! I live about 15 miles from work. and its highway almost all the way.

None. I work from home. One of the benefits.:D

20 miles which can take from 25 minutes to almost 3 hours (if the traffic and weather are really bad). I usually try to avoid the morning and evening rush by shifting my workday an hour later than everyone else.

25 minutes from here to there... about 15 minutes to get home...

10 minutes each way if there is no traffic but that is hardly ever!

I am very lucky- less than 5 minutes from my f/t job, and less than 10 minutes from my p/t job:D

I was just talking about this with someone here at work.

Takes me anywhere from 2 - 2 1/2 hours door-to-door (there are days when it's taken even LONGER than that, but those are unusual, thankfully.)

Approximately one minute. And even with that, I am always rushing around to make it. I am not a morning person!
