I don't see this as a 'sneaky' increase. The price is on-line, it's published, and it's on the menu. I'll either pay that amount and enjoy myself, or I'll eat somewhere else.
WDW is a place that we can (and will) burn through a couple thousand dollars to have a nice extended weekend (just the two of us). I'm not going to get upset because the most expensive meals cost a few dollars more during the busiest times of the year.
(If you repeat this to the guys at Disney who set prices, I'll deny everything.)
