What's your sushi recommendation at California Grill?

Hi all,

We both love sushi and can't wait to return to CG next week for some more.

We had an amazing platter of sushi last time we were there (actually it was the night we got engaged!)

It had the snake in the grass, the tuna 3 ways and some sashimi.

All were amazing but I'd love to hear what you would recommend as I can imainge there must be a few incredible sushi dishes we might not think about.

I love the Snake in the grass! The Medusa roll (soft shell crab with asparagus)and the Oscar roll (crab & beef) are also very good!

We will be eating there next week for our anniversary and this thread is making me so excited. I would love to see more pics and hear more ideas. Do you go there and just eat sushi? We r on the dinning plan and havent eaten there before.

I can't remember what we ordered, but we had this great waiter who asked us some questions at the beginning and then asked if trusted him with our meal (we must have seemed adventurous!) and he picked everything, included a sushi platter that seemed to have something of everything on it. I'm not even sure it was on the menu or if it was a special, but i plan to get a sampler next time too, mostly because I can't decided!
