I have it on iTunes, and I have a phone card..

It's really a pain.
You have to drag it from itunes, into the folder under your card into the audio (And maybe music, I'm not sure).
After that, it should be on the card, and when you bring up your audios on your phone you should be able to click on it, and copy to your phone.
Then you should be able to use it as your ringtone.
