What's your pet's name?

Two kitties, Mike and Betty. Both rescued from a dumpster at about ten days old. Bottle-fed and nursed through several "near-death" experiences!

Welcome to another bottle-feeder! We rescued our Tigger from under a Sago Palm tree at 5-10 days old (per vet's estimate), 5.4 ounces. I thought we'd just get him big enough and weaned to about 6 weeks, then bring him to the humane society for permanent adoption. Yeah, right!

3 cats:

Dodger - age 13 (had him since 8 weeks old)
Jetty - age 11 (had him since 6 weeks old)
Redlynn - age ??? we think somewhere around 4 (took her in as a stray 2 1/2 yrs ago)
All 3 are strickly indoor.

2 dogs:

Allie - age 9 (had her since 4 mos. old)
Sonny - age ??? we think about 5 (had him for 3 yrs)

And aren't they unique?! Having an artificial mommy seems to create some personality quirks for sure. Mike thinks my favorite fleece blanket is his mommy and he has to have "mommy time" every night before he goes to bed! Betty on the other hand thinks all my daughter's small stuffed animals are HER babies and carries them around and then hides them! My vet confirmed that bottle-fed cats tend to be a little odd. At least they are never boring!
