What's your opinion on the value hotels?

I can admit that I am a bit of a hotel snob. Unfortunately I worked in a high end luxury hotel for years and got spoiled. I will say however that the Disney value resorts are just that, a great value.

Most who go to Disney arent really there for the hotels as it is, so if a nice room with a nice bed and a nice pool is all you need, then you are in great shape.

I'm 26 and have made the rounds at all the Disney resorts, and I really dont think you'll be out of place at all. When you need a nite out, take the bus over to DTD or a quick cab to Boardwalk and hit Jelly Rolls. If you want a great meal, head over to the MK area and hit California Grill or Narcoosee's.

Dont worry bout exactly where your stuff and bed are located, cause when it comes to Disney its really all one big playground anyway:wizard:

I agree. I think Disney's value resorts are a total bargain. You get so many perks (Disney themeing, Huge Themed pools Disney transportation, and EMH)
Any of Disney's resort guests (even those staying at a value or mod) are allowed to shop, dine, rent boats or bikes ,use the transportation or spa facilities at any of the Disney Resorts. (Of course pool hopping is not allowed.)

HAve fun at Disney!:wizard:
