What's your homes USP?

On a quiet, dead end cul de sac.

Never heard of that term or acronym. Thought it was some kind of electrical outlet....................LOL.
I had to look it up. It is apparently a term used in the marketing industry.

Beautiful wrap around porch and unpainted chestnut heavy molding, original glass windows (got them professionally cleaned and was complemented). Home was built in the early 1900’s. All of the doors are original, solid chestnut.

12 x 7 closet with built ins in the MBR.

2 acres on a big creek, no rear neighbors. Quiet street. Solid real granite exterior.

Add me to the list of folks who have never heard the term 'USP' before!

We have a wrap around porch the circles the entire house, which is my favorite feature. Also a working vineyard, dock, 25 acres and we are in a HOA but our property is the only one exempt from the regulations of the HOA.

We're in a older neighborhood where no 2 houses are the same and lot sizes are a minimum of 1 acre. We have an HOA that is loose and only has restrictions that really should be common sense. The town I live in is highly desirable and most neighborhoods have lot sizes 1/3 to a 1/4 or much less.

Completely remodeled en-suite bathroom and kitchen.

Takes house out of the 1990’s right into the 2020’s!

Cul de sac and a huge backyard, which is like finding a unicorn in suburban Houston.
