What's your favourite Spa Treatment

OK, excluding the Cabana Massage, what is your favourite Spa treatment and why? I thought that this may help me choose

Hello!
Being a massage therapist, I am a bit biased about massage treatments - I've had good ones and not so good ones onboard. I've tried the "Anti-cellulite" treatment and can't recommend it. I've heard many good things about the Absolute Face and Body and hope to experience it next month. The Rainforest Room is a must and very affordable. Maybe I'll see you there!

I LOVED the Elemis Absolute Face and body. I was so relaxed afterwards.

I also enjoyed the Lady's NIght at the Spa that is a mini version of the absolute (kindof) with a full body massage and facial with a trip to the rainforest.

DH and I always book the Surial Bath! It is a great chance for some "adult time" during our family vacation!

I absolutely LOVED the hydrotherapy bath and the capsule (whatever it was called). I have a bad back and it didn't hurt for WEEKS afterwards!

Is the hydrotherapy bath a capsul or a hot tub.

The reason I ask is because they have this thing in the middle of the atrium in our shopping mall that people lay in and jets of water massage them...but they don't get wet. I thought it looked pretty cool...but I wouldn't feel relaxed with everyone walking by in the mall watching me.

Is this what that treatment is?

Hands down...the SURIAL SPA!! that is, if you're going with that someone special. It's $68 per couple, NOT per person. Mudbath extaordinaire! After that, I'd have to say that the 20 minute foot and ankle massage was just what I needed after a long day of sightseeing. You're in and out quickly, you don't have to take a bunch of time to undress, and you'd be amazed at how much stress a 20 minute foot rub can take away.

My recommendation would be for the Elemis Absolute Face And Body Treatment. I enjoy the array of features provided by the therapist - massage AND facials in one package. I felt like I had been in a train wreck upon entering the spa, I felt like a million during the treatment and after paying the spa bill I felt like a rejuvenated pauper...

Hydrotherapy bath - it's a big bathtub... wonderful! Almost fell asleep!

Then you get in this capsule, all warm, soothing music, etc... it's wonderful!

I did the hydrotherapy bath and Alpha Capsule. I have heard that they discontinued the hydrotherapy bath. I'm still debating whether or not to do the Alpha Capsule on my upcoming cruise.

Yes, you can book it as a couple. You probably have a better chance of getting it as a couple versus by yourself. MY DF was the first in line on our 7 day and that was he's only choice for my DM and myself to do that treatment.
