out of the way restaurant that never seems to be too crowded? Our's is El Pirata y el Perico in MK. There never seems to be that many people there, we always get a seat and we like the food, too.

I like El Pirata y el Perico as well.
Akershus is not out of the way but I have never seen it crowded for lunch. I always go as soon as they open and there is not a crowd.
Flame Tree BBQ is also not very crowded when they first open.
