What's Your Favorite X-Box 360 Live game

OK, I'm asking this question over here on this Teen Board.

I just got my son the "Live" for his XBox 360 and he really likes to play "live" on his Halo 3. Just wondering what other great games are very popular out there for his birthday present in a couple of months.

You can't play those online on a 360. The post asks for games you can play online.

Why? Its the best game out for any system so far.
It would be stupid to get Burnout. It has a ton more features and updates for the PS3 version and EA pretty much butchered the game.

GTA is a great game but I guess it would depend on how old he is and whether or not you want him exposed to strong language etc...
