I have been doing great with my eating and I'm feeling energetic again....just have to get my routines in order and I'll be accomplishing so much! (Anyone else here do FLYLADY too?)
Anyway, I believe its time for me to get exercising again. I have a Nordic Track, some hand weights, some elastic thingies that dh wanted because he had used them when he was taking tkd classes. Oh, and i have one of those huge balls somewhere...the inflatable kind...I used it as a birth ball when I had dd 3 years ago, but its really an exercise thing. My physical activity history is mainly in dance....I did ballet for years as a kid, did step aerobics for a long time when that first came out...I'm not really a sports person (unless one considers stage diving a sport....I did that for a while years ago...) In recent years I've done a little yoga...but when you're pooh sized its really hard!
So, my point is.....what exercise do you all do? What do you enjoy most? Any suggestions for me? My first thought is to just pull out the Nordic Track and get going....
Oh, and I have an 8yo and a 3yo...we homeschool, so they're almost always here with me....they'd love to be included, I think! So my last question...if you have kids, how do you get them involved and/or out of your way?
Thanks!
