Whats your favorite view from the World?

Who keeps their eyes open at the top of Splash Mountain? Crazy people.

I did try to keep my eyes open as I heard the view is great, but alas, I had to close them.

Soooo...you had your eyes open at the top of EE but closed them on Splash? OooooKay.

One of mine, in addition to all of the above, is the view of Space Mt and Tomorrowland from the top of the Swiss Fam Treehouse.:thumbsup2

The view fromt he top of Summit Plummit at DD. You can see everything!!!

Also, Astro Orbitors at night, right by the castel and sometimes you can catch the fireworks!

Looking down a near empty Main Street at night, well after the crowds have left Wishes.

Sitting in the front car of Expedition Everest, at the top of the hill. If you look to the right, you can see all the parks. I wished I had known ahead of time how awesome that view was, I'd have had my camera ready.

My favorite view also. It is amazing. My plan in August is to have my camera ready. I am just hoping that I don't drop it as I am screaming coming down!

My favorite is the Theme Park View room from Contemporary. Dunno, guess it makes me feel like Walt - looking out at The World and seeing that it is good.

I did have my camera ready and here's the view:

I have really enjoyed taking pics from the top of as many rides as I can! You can get some great views. Good luck and keep the strap around your neck:thumbsup2

LSUfan444, I'm from Baton Rouge. It looks like you're a runner. I'll be doing my first half in October at Disney doing the Wine and Dine half marathon.

Congrats!! The Disney endurance series is really wonderful. I've never done the Wine & Dine Half but that is one of our favorite times of the year to visit the parks. It's on my to do list.probably 2011.

Good luck.

Ditto on the Splash Mountain at night especially if you're up there while Wishes fireworks are going on.

Wow - tough question. My very favorite was standing just outside the ticket booth at Magic Kingdom and watching the New Year's Eve countdown fireworks. They were incredible. We just walked around in a little circle to take in the entire view since the fireworks surround you.

My favorite view is definitely Cinderella's Castle. It's just breathtaking, especially the first time you see it!

The view from the top of Wilderness Lodge as Flag Family.

It's probably cheesey, but the view of my DD's face when she feels the Disney magic!

POTC when you come around the corner to the auction scene.

HM when your by the piano and see the shadow on the floor.

World Showcase at night.

The castle at night.

There used to be a smoking area off to right of the path by Kali River at AK that is not there now. It used to wind down to a little seating area and then on down to the waterway around The Tree of Life. It was always so quiet down there and had a perfect view of the tree. The path is no longer there when they opened up the walkway to go over to EE.
