What's your favorite TS?

I can book my adr's for May in about 3 weeks. I'm stumped on where to book. I'm wanting more than our usual. We usually do Marrekesh, Biergarten, LTT, and Narcossee's. I want to do the Wave. I'm also thinking about Captain's Grill. Any other suggestions?

I highly recommend Sanaa at the Animal Kingdom Villas. I cannot even begin to express how good the meal we had there was. Sanaa is now a "must do" for us. Other favorites are Tutto Italia and Wolfgang Puck Cafe.

Flying Fish was our absolute favorite and totally worth the "signature" dining. Best. Crabcakes. Ever.

We're big steak lovers in my house, and so Yachtsman is a must-do for us. Also, Kona (for breakfast and dinner) is another must-do.

Overall (and excluding V&A's) is Bistro de Paris.

Konas is my absolute fave. Narcoossees is so far my favorite signature dinning. Narcs atmosphere reminds me of a place my Grandma used to love. That butter though rocks my world. I also love Bomas.

My favorite...? Victoria & Albert's... Chef Scott Hunnel is a culinary genius.
With that being said, a toss-up between California Grill and Chefs de France.
However, California Grill has lost a touch of it's "luster" since Chef Jens Dalmann became the Executive Chef at EPCOT. I do not believe that it's the fault of the now, Chef de Cuisine, Brian Piasecki; but, in my humble opinion, budgetary constraints.
As for Chefs de France, and Chef Bruno Vrignon... it's always a little piece of Lyon, France when you dine there....
