What's your favorite photo or video spot?

Without a doubt, it's the view looking down Main Street, USA towards Cinderella's Castle. I take a photo of the same view every time I go to WDW. It's become a tradition of sorts.

We have a shot of my dd sitting in Minnie's chair in her house. The chair with the book open on the arm. It's really neat to see how dd has grown over the years.

On another note...have any of you used the photos taken by the Disney photographers as holiday cards? I was thinking that maybe we could use one from our trip at Thanksgiving.

Great question!

These are the pictures I get/take every year:

1) The family picture they take at Chef Mickey's.
2) DH & DD walking hand-in-hand up the ramp to Cinderella's castle (always the right side!)
3) DH & DD in the boat from MK to the Poly.
4) At least 10 pictures of Cinderella's castle. HA!

I think I need to start a picture tradition for me & DD!

We've got two favorite spots at MK:

- with Minnie and Roy

- and then with Mickey and Walt.


At Epcot, DS always likes to pretend he's holding Spaceship Earth in his hands - works best from the far side of the World Showcase.

At MGM in front of the Muppet's fountain.

And with the Tree of Life in the background at AK.

My sisters and I always grab a picture sitting on the twinkling ground near Spaceship Earth at night in Epcot.

That is the neatest idea! I've often thought there should be a "walking around Walt Disney World" video that you could play while you were on the treadmill. It would sure make exercising a lot more fun!

My favorite photo spot is the walkway that runs behind the castle, between Fantasyland and Belle's storytime garden. It is usually empty, and you can almost feel like you have the park to yourself. We got some great shots of my daughter at night with the lit up castle in the background. They were beautiful!

Our tradition is to get a picture at Sleepy Hollow with the castle in the background. Don't know why, just something we started and decided it was "our" picture spot.
