Not one is favorite, morning coffee is my most looked forward thing to consume.

well.....for the month of April.....washing produce....who does that....the colorado river is dirty, the dirt is dirty, the crop duster flies at night so you have no idea the volume of spray, the lettuce trucks pulling the grade out of Welton spew diesel exhaust all over the boxes in addition to the semi trucks that pass the slow lettuce trucks and what percentage of folks..who grab the grocery cart...do the wipe down of the handle to santize...then go over and fondle all the veggies. and then you put it a plastic bag....which to be honets...when the mexican green card work cuts the plant from the soil...she is indeed 100% santized as she takes the head offf the belt and inserts into a bag and then into a box...okay, okay carrots......

I don't wash the skins...love that earthy flavor......do poke them with a hole and then into the microwave bag and then chilled and then cubed and then hashed with the left over steak...oh wait, we had company, no steak.....have to go with the garbage store salami this week....covered with two organic brown eggs, over easy...oh wait, make that one egg....not sure what the next dozen will cost
