I hear you, Blondie! In December I was still drinking just their coffee...and DIDN'T even like it! When I stopped in with a friend and he got his drink he had trouble repeating so many times and I saw him pull out his credit card to pay, I knew I'd be in trouble. Yes, sometimes I'm there twice a day. Shhhhhhhhhh...yesterday was three. LOL! No wonder the jeans are snug lately! I don't eat out too often, don't spend money on other things, so this is my treat I allow myself. I have a friend whose treat is her little SUV type thing...mine is lattes. LOL!

I usually treat myself once a week to a Starbucks beverage. We have two right near work, one where I park even. These are my favorites, though I like to try their new offerings. The Holiday drinks such as the Eggnog Latte and Mocha Mint are terrific.

i am very lucky that there are like 5 starbucks near where i work. however, i will be working in another area in a month and i don't know where the closest starbucks is. i guess i'd better find out.

Once in a great while I will go to the drive-up Starbucks near my work.. I love Tall Vanilla Lattes... but they're pricey!
Last week I decided I needed the treat, so I wait in the extremely long line at the drive up. I'm in my car, enjoying the radio, when I look up and see that I have now inched my way up ]to the pick-up line.
Unfortunately, I had driven right past the order board. I had NEVER ORDERED!!
I look in my review mirror and the lady in the van behind me knows what I've done, and she's shooting daggers at me. I'm mortified. What a space cadet!
I tell the server at the window what I've done, and he's laughing. They make my coffee quickly, and I paid for the lady behind me.. felt that I owed her for her frustration (thinking I'd probably get her coffee instead!). And, it's the only way I'll learn my lesson.... won't make that mistake again.
$7.58 for two coffees!! What in the world did that lady order? My coffee was only $3.00. Wow!!

We live in a pretty small town, there's one Starbucks, it's in the Safeway. But between here and DS' school (15 miles away) there are at least 10. Three of them are drive-thru - yay!! I guess this is what we get for living in Seattle - can't walk without tripping over one!

My favorite is a Carmel Apple Cider! Im allergic to caffiene so coffee's out for me! I had never been into a Starbucks until my friend told me about the Carmel Apple Ciders, now its a weekly treat and I can go out for "coffee" with my freinds and enjoy it!! I agree with TinkBoo&ElliesMum living in the Seattle area we have a Starbucks on every corner and the drive thru's are always busy!

Sometimes more than one on every corner! Over by Swedish Hospital on Madison there are three in a two block stretch. We used to make the rounds after my OB appointments over there!

Gingerbread Latte (Agree with you here, Bedknobbery)

I love them ALL and order depending on my mood (and diet phase). But my favorite to say is "Grande Skinny Mocha No Whip."

Now if you'll excuse me, guess where I'm going to go?

We have a Starbucks in our parking garage at school now... its VERY tempting because I walk through it to get to the garage stairwell.

There is also a Chili's in it... they share seating area. VERY swanky =)

Great place to study because its BIG, with tons of cushy seats =)
