What's your fav non-theme park activity?

There are so many things to do at Walt Disney World! What are your favorite things to do there besides the theme parks? :confused3

Fishing excursions, Cirque, parasailing, race car driving...the list goes on and on. We are going back in January and I know there has to be many things we haven't tried.... what all is there to do and which are the best?

The Adventurers Club of course.....

I love shopping at DTD and the Tea at the GF. Not too mention just relaxing pool side or in a hammock :)

Water Mice Regattas on the Seven Seas Lagoon & Bay Lake
Breathless Bursts from Y&B Marina
Adventurer's Club & Comedy Warehouse

Edited to add:
Lunch at Kona Cafe
Dinners at California Grill & Artist Point

Spa treatments at the GF

Water mice

Shopping at DTD

Hanging out by the resort pool (and pool bar ;) )

We love enjoying a hurricane hannah poolside while the kids play in the afternoon. And we love strolling the boardwalk in the evening.

What is the mini golf--fairways??? We've done the mini gold by the dolphin--is that the one you mean?

Is the adventurers club good for kids? Or is it for adults only?

We also plan on checking out the new irish pub on our August trip.

The AC is fine for kids early in the evening, but the shows get progressively more "adult" as the evening wears on. Even the early shows will have occasional "adult" jokes. I think older kids, esp. teenagers would enjoy the place more than younger ones.

Great question Jenny. Love to know the answer to this one....

Well yes and no...It really depends on the age and what time you go. I recall 7pm as being their opening time. Yes, there is a bar and people do drink. When our kids were 13 , it got a definite PG rating from us. The 7pm show is much lighter than the later evening shows. Now that the kids are all grown we enjoy it completely. You'll laugh so hard your jaw will hurt....honest! :earboy2:
