Unfortunatley we will be at my MIL's so dinner will probably be:
Overcooked and cold beef tenderloin with ZERO seasoning or sauce (She cooks it in a pan with about 2" of water in it so the bottom is basically boiled meat and plans it so it comes out of the oven an hour before we eat)
Burnt potatoes au gratin made with nothing more than salt, pepper, swiss cheese and way too much milk so it's like potato soup with a burnt swiss cheese crust on top.
corn from the can
crescent rolls
Crazelion....I knew before I even looked at your profile that you had to be from the south! A good southern menu...collards & mac & cheese! Sounds just like our menu!
Whatever appeals to us at the Rose & Crown... fish and chips, pot roast... definitely Bass Ale.

Dessert - Chocolate/Raspberry dessert and assorted christmas cookies/bars
ons
BTW if anyone has a good recipe for Collards I would LOVE it. I had them at Virgil's in NYC and they were outrageously good, but I wouldn't know the first thing about cooking them for us
